"Phalanx" is entirely the wrong word, I know, but whatever. This may go to full ink and color, so maybe I'll change the name then.

I was just drawing randomly and came up with this concept for a small unit of android soldiers led by a human with a cybernetic uplink to command all of them. The commander can use any weapons he/she likes; this one happens to prefer a sniper rifle.

Lambda-type Dragoons are light and fast, and are usually equipped with sidearms, small explosives, or melee weapons. Some have stealth loadouts with optical camoflauge.

Sigma-type Dragoons are medium (don't let the writing fool you... changed my mind!) units with denser armor and optional force shields. A typical loadout includes an assault or sniper rifle attached to the utility arm. The humanoid arm (not shown) usually holds a sidearm, grenade, or nothing.

Gamma-type Dragoons (to be drawn later when I feel like it) are the heavy units, with bulkier armor and optional force shields. Typical loadouts include a minigun, grenade launcher, pod rocket launcher, or SAM/SSM launcher, as well as a heavy melee weapon like a pressure ram or heavy buzzsaw.
